This notice explains the cookies used on the website of Codemarkt Yazılım Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Turkish Data Protection Authority's Guideline on Cookie Practices.
What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser by the websites you visit. Some are essential for the site to function; others are used only with your consent, for purposes such as usage analytics or advertising measurement.
Essential cookies
These cookies are required for the site to operate securely and correctly; they do not require explicit consent and cannot be switched off. All of them are first-party cookies; the data processed through them is processed under Article 5(2)(c) (establishment or performance of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| codemarkt-session | Maintaining your session and site security | 2 hours |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Preventing cross-site request forgery (CSRF) on form submissions | 2 hours |
| codemarkt-preloader-shown | A technical flag that prevents the opening animation from repeating; contains no identifying information (processes no personal data) | Browser session |
| codemarkt-cookie-consent | Remembering your cookie preferences | 180 days |
Analytics cookies (consent-based)
These help us understand how the site is used and improve our services. They are third-party cookies and their use is based on your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK: they are used only if the relevant tool is active on the site and you have given consent; until you consent, the scripts that set these cookies are never loaded in your browser.
| Cookie | Provider and purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics — distinguishing visitors | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Google Analytics — maintaining session state | 2 years |
If Google Tag Manager is used, it is loaded under the analytics category and only with your consent; it does not set cookies itself. For Google's data practices, see the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
Marketing cookies (consent-based)
These are used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to serve interest-based ads. They are also third-party cookies based on your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK; they run only if the relevant tool is active and you have given consent.
| Cookie | Provider and purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta (Facebook) Pixel — ad measurement and targeting | 3 months |
For Meta's data practices, see the Meta Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, data is transferred abroad, as these providers' servers are located outside Türkiye. These tools are activated only after one of the transfer conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK has been met (such as executing the standard contract announced by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board and notifying the Authority).
The retention periods shown for third-party cookies are based on the providers' current documentation and may be changed by the provider; how long data is kept in the providers' own systems is governed by their own policies.
Managing your preferences
On your first visit, the notice card lets you accept all cookies, continue with essential cookies only, or set each category separately via "Manage preferences".
You can change your decision at any time: the cookie preferences control in the footer of every page reopens the preference window. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if essential cookies are blocked, forms and session-based features may not work. Cookie settings in common browsers: Chrome (opens in a new tab), Firefox (opens in a new tab), Safari (opens in a new tab), Edge (opens in a new tab).
Your preference is remembered for 180 days. If the set of cookies we use changes, you will be asked again and this page will be updated.

You also have the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK with respect to personal data processed through cookies. Detailed information about these rights and how to apply is available in the Data Protection Notice; you can send your requests to info@codemarkt.com.
