E-Invoicing Integrations

We make sure invoice data moves from your systems into the e-invoicing infrastructure accurately and traceably.

Invoicing should not be carried by hand between two systems

In businesses covered by Türkiye's e-invoicing obligation, invoice data is usually created in one system (e-commerce, order management, a custom application) and issued in another (the integrator's panel or an accounting package). When the data is carried between those two points by hand, time is lost and the risk of errors in amounts, tax figures and customer details increases.

E-invoicing integrations move invoice data from the point where it is created to the relevant electronic document infrastructure automatically, in a validated and traceable form.

Which document processes do we cover?

Depending on the scope of the project and what the chosen provider supports, the following processes can be handled together:

  • E-fatura: Türkiye's mandatory electronic invoicing system — creating and sending invoices issued to registered taxpayers, and following their responses (accepted or rejected),

  • E-arşiv invoice: the electronic invoice used for end consumers and for parties not registered for e-fatura — issuing and delivering those invoices,

  • E-irsaliye: the electronic delivery note — documenting despatch processes electronically,

  • Transferring incoming invoices into internal systems and matching them,

  • Including cancellation, objection and return scenarios in the process.

Integrations are not built directly against GİB, the Turkish Revenue Administration, but through the APIs of the private integrator the business works with — providers such as Logo, İzibiz, Foriba/Sovos and Uyumsoft; we can work with your existing integrator.

Regulatory compliance and data accuracy

  • Invoice lines, tax rates, withholding and exemption codes are converted into the structure the target infrastructure expects; missing or inconsistent data is caught before submission.

  • The recipient's e-fatura registration is checked through taxpayer lookup, and the document type (e-fatura or e-arşiv) is selected automatically on that basis.

  • Submission results and document statuses are written back to the source system, so which invoice is at which stage can be followed from a single screen.

  • Failed submissions are not lost: they are recorded together with the reason, and can be corrected and sent again.

When is an e-invoicing integration needed?

  • Invoices are read from one system and typed into the integrator's panel by hand,

  • Issuing invoices slows the operation down as order volume grows,

  • The document type (e-fatura or e-arşiv) is chosen manually and leads to errors,

  • Invoice statuses (accepted, rejected, cancelled) cannot be followed from internal systems,

  • Invoicing for marketplace and e-commerce sales runs late.

Let us review your invoicing flow together

Let us look together at where your invoice data is created, which integrator you work with and the manual steps in the process, and design a document flow that works end to end.
