Marketplace Integrations

We set up controlled data flows that synchronise order, stock and product data on marketplaces with your own business systems.

Managing several marketplaces from a single point

For businesses selling on marketplaces, the operation grows complicated quickly when orders, stock and product information have to be followed separately in each platform's own panel. The stock of the same product is updated on one channel while it stays out of date on another, orders are collected from different screens, and accounting records are created by hand.

Marketplace integrations synchronise the order, product, price and stock data held on the platforms with the business's core systems, making the operation manageable from a single point.

Which workflows can we build?

  • Automatic transfer of orders from the marketplace into your central system (ERP, accounting, order management),

  • Reflecting stock movements across all sales channels — reducing a product's stock on the other channels when it sells on one,

  • Sending product and price information from a central source out to the marketplaces,

  • Two-way synchronisation of order statuses (confirmation, shipping, delivery, cancellation, return),

  • Connecting invoice data to the accounting or e-invoicing process,

  • A link to shipping processes — creating the shipment and passing the tracking number back to the marketplace.

We work through the APIs provided by platforms widely used in Türkiye, such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, N11 and Çiçeksepeti; the scope is determined by the technical capabilities each platform offers.

What we pay attention to in a marketplace integration

Request limits, data formats and status flows differ from one marketplace API to another. We design the integration with those differences in mind:

  • Stock consistency: We clarify which system is the source of truth for stock, and prevent two-way updates from overwriting one another.

  • Order integrity: We prevent the same order from being transferred twice, and make sure cancellations and returns are reflected correctly in the central record.

  • Limit and error handling: Operations that hit API limits or receive a temporary error are not lost; they are retried and kept on record.

  • Mapping: We set rules for matching the product codes on the platform with the codes in your internal system; records that do not match are reported rather than silently skipped.

When is a marketplace integration needed?

  • Orders are collected by hand from each platform's panel,

  • Stock levels drift apart between channels and sales have to be cancelled,

  • Product and price updates are made separately on every channel,

  • Marketplace sales are recorded in accounting manually,

  • The load on the operations team grows with every additional channel.
