Cloud Storage Integrations

We keep files, documents and backups secure and organised in cloud services, and manageable from your own applications.

When files are scattered, so is the information they hold

Contracts on one computer, project images behind a shared link, backups on an external drive... When files are managed apart from applications and without a common structure, access slows down, versions become confused and the security of critical documents is left to individual habits.

Cloud storage integrations keep the files your applications produce and rely on organised, secure and accessible within cloud services.

Which workflows can we build?

  • Uploading the files produced by your applications (documents, reports, images, invoices) to the cloud automatically,

  • Creating folder structures automatically by customer, project or period,

  • Generating time-limited access links tied to permissions,

  • Transferring database and application backups to the cloud on a regular schedule,

  • Allowing users to upload and download files from within their own application interface,

  • Moving older files to an archive tier and applying retention rules.

We can work with Amazon S3 and compatible object storage services, and with platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive; the choice is made together, based on the nature of the files and how they are used.

Our approach to security and structure

  • Access control: Who can reach which files, and within what scope — application permissions and cloud permissions are set up consistently with one another.

  • Public and private: A file that accidentally becomes public is the most common risk in cloud integrations; our default is always private.

  • Naming and structure: Files need to be findable; folder and naming conventions are designed in the language the business already uses.

  • Integrity: Uploads interrupted part-way do not leave incomplete files behind; verification and retry mechanisms are put in place.

When is a cloud storage integration needed?

  • If files are managed through e-mail attachments and share links,

  • If the file load of your application keeps pushing your server to grow,

  • If there is no way to track who documents are open to,

  • If backups depend on individual initiative and happen irregularly,

  • If you want to share documents with customers through a controlled channel.

Let us review your file management together

Let us look at which files are produced where and how they are shared; together we can set up a secure and orderly storage structure.
