Shipping Integrations

We build workflows that create shipments from order data, produce labels and carry delivery status back into your systems.

Shipment handling should not depend on copying data into a panel

In businesses with growing order volumes, shipping usually works like this: order details are typed into the courier company's panel by hand, the label is printed there, and the tracking number is copied back into the internal system. Every step takes time, and every copy is an opportunity for error.

Shipping integrations create shipments automatically from order data, retrieve the label and tracking number, and carry delivery statuses into your internal systems.

Which workflows can we build?

  • Creating shipment records automatically from order details,

  • Producing barcodes and shipping labels from within your own system,

  • Recording the tracking number against the order and sharing it with the customer,

  • Transferring delivery statuses (in transit, out for delivery, delivered, returned) on a regular basis,

  • Reporting undeliverable and returned shipments to the operations team,

  • Applying courier selection rules in setups that work with more than one courier company.

We can work with the services offered by Türkiye's courier companies such as Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, MNG Kargo, PTT Kargo and Sürat Kargo; the scope is determined by the technical capabilities each company provides.

What do we pay attention to in the integration?

  • Address data: Missing or incorrect address details are validated before dispatch; problematic records are not sent silently, they are flagged.

  • Status mapping: Every company has its own status codes; these are translated into a common set of statuses the internal system understands.

  • Reconciliation: Shipment counts along with volumetric weight and charge details are recorded so that they can be compared against the courier invoice.

  • Resilience to outages: When the courier service is temporarily unresponsive, operations are queued and retried; the order flow does not stop.

When is a shipping integration needed?

  • If shipments are entered into the courier panel by hand,

  • If tracking numbers are moved into internal systems by copy and paste,

  • If customers frequently ask where their shipment is,

  • If returned shipments are noticed too late,

  • If you work with more than one courier company and the choice is made by hand.
